Absolutely loved the dessert! Everything was fresh, beautifully made, and tasted amazing. The flavor was perfectly balanced—not too sweet, and every bite was enjoyable. The presentation was also beautiful and showed a lot of attention to detail.

Not this time always they have old pastry’s and everything is dusty there. Pastry is average, Worst customer service I’ve seen ever. Every time I ignore this place to shop but because I live in the area sometimes it’s only choice. The lady Western Armenian works there and after I’ve been asked how to pay I said cash but I have changes to give you. She ignored me what I asked and gave me more changes back said I don’t have single dolar. I asked ok I pay card because I don’t want extra changes you give. she ignored what I said and went back to other room. After 2 min came back said I can’t do that I have to call owner to do. If you don’t want changes buy something and get rid of them and again went to other room said I have order to prepare.

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this bakery about two weeks ago and have been back 3 times. We have made it a thing to try something new anytime we go and we have not been let down. Every cake slice we’ve tried is always moist, the cookies are very tasty, and the fruit tarts are so fresh. Must tries are the Russian Roulette Slices, fruit tarts, and the Meringue with Dulce de Leche. I have to say too the employees are very nice and helpful!

Teapot Bakery used to be one of my favorite spots. In the past, they always had fresh items available and the quality was consistently excellent. Everything tasted freshly made, and you could count on a great selection no matter what time you stopped by. Lately, though, it doesn’t feel quite the same. The freshness and variety don’t seem as consistent as they used to be. I really hope they can bring back the same level of quality and freshness they were known for, because when they’re at their best, they’re truly wonderful.

Teapot Bakery is a must-visit in Burbank! The first thing you notice is how spotlessly clean and bright the shop is. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience feel personal. Most importantly, everything we tried was fantastic—the cakes and pastries are fresh and delicious, and the coffee is brewed to perfection. It’s my new favorite spot!
